Privacy from information used when filling in orders for shipping, order and checkout will be used solely for the-weyr.biz. This information will not be shared with any other groups outside of the need for orders made. The-weyr.biz will not abuse the information for personal gain or sell it to anyone else for any reason. The information collected with PayPal will not be under the-weyr.biz to control and they have their own privacy methods.

Shipment

All items purchased upon the-weyr.biz are professionally packaged and prepared for shipment after the order is finalized. However, the possibility of damage during transit thru postal services remains. For this reason the-weyr.biz offers to replace any items damaged in transit. The conditions to having an item replaced is as follows.

1. Re-package the damaged item.
2. Contact the-weyr.biz thru e-mail, to receive a return order number. As well explanation of damage.
3. Re-send with minimal posting fees, options for a new item or credit refund will be given as item is returned.
4. Wait 7-10 days for the damaged item to be inspected and an e-mail admitting to damage property and confirmation of re-delivery. With an option to replace the item or refund for credit on the-weyr.biz.
5. Wait 7-10 days for item to arrive with apologies from us at the-weyr.biz.

IF item does not arrive when expected, the following applies…

1. Check with your E-mail for any information. A order number was sent with purchase.*
2. Send an E-mail to the-weyr.biz asking of your merchandise, subject “Order Status”.
3. the-weyr.biz will immediately look into the matter and inform you what happened.
4. If item is lost in the mail, and can not be retrieved a new item will be sent immediately.

(*A tracking number is sent to the payment email given within 72 hours payment was processed, this will allow tracking of the item thru the-weyr.biz or UPS)

All items ordered with the-weyr.biz will be sent only after the payment is received and processed. Ordering is meant to be easy and trouble-free of users. Orders made must be 50$ and over for orders made on the site. The ordering process is as follows.

1. Choose an item through merchandise provided, the quantity wished to order, and then click “Add”.
2. Watch for a total at the bottom of the webpage, it will be tallied with other amounts. Click “Check Out” to the right of the amount.
3. Select your “Location”, “Method of shipment”, and “Payment” for items being purchased. This will tally Tax and Freight for your order.
4. Click “Submit to the-weyr’s payment form”.
5. Fill in all billing information, especially the information with a red astrix (*) symbol.*
6. Fill in the shipping address so the-weyr.biz can ship the order to where you need it sent. As well with any comment you have for the order, or special instructions you may have for packaging.
7. Begin payment by clicking “Submit to Paypal” If you choose to use Paypal to purchase the order.
8. OR
   Click “Print…” to print the form and mail a check or money order to The-weyr.biz. Use information given from the “Contact Us” page to send the information thru the mail.**
9. When you finalize the order with a valid payment, the-weyr.biz will send the order purchased after the payment is validated and finalized.

(* If any of the information in billing or shipping is inaccurate it will effect shipping. You may need to wait longer if this occurs so please make sure you check over the information.)

(** When using Check or Money Order it will delay an order as the Check or Money Order must clear the bank before shipping occurs, as well arrive at the-weyr.biz. This will be important for those who want a speedy delivery.)
